Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Procedure

  1. Return Request: Contact us first at info@cleensy.com to request a return. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  2. Return Instructions: Follow the instructions you receive from us after your return request. Customers must confirm the return facility address with customer service before sending the package. Our official return address is J. Janonio 12A-1, Klaipeda, Lithuania, but for your convenience, we may provide an alternative return address via email.
  3. Return Shipping (By Mail Only): All returns are handled exclusively by mail. Send the product back to us according to the instructions provided. Ensure the product is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described. Customers must provide a tracking number when returning a product.

Refunds

  1. Approval: We will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days, from the day we receive and inspect the return package. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless an alternative is agreed upon, with no extra fees to the customer.
  2. Processing: Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  3. Contact: If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cleensy.com

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking fee
No restocking fees – we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
